Around for some coupling nuts
Being in a home with a handy husband can also drive you nuts when beingaround for some coupling nuts that you don't even know what its used for. He said that these coupling nut is used to joini two male threaded rods. This is a hexagonal threaded rob ( 8 sides) and you use a wrench to hold them together. We have a box with all different types of nuts with different sizes and threads and they are just there when we need it.
