You can pay faster using your Contactless cards as it requires minimal human intervention. Contactless car is widely used in the UK as a more convenient way in paying retailer stores. In some ways people use Contactless cards for identification purposes It is contactless in the sense that you don't need to remove this card in the wallet and it is easily read by the computer. You can often see contactless cards in paying fares in mass transit.
